We the people petition the White House to veto any bill that bans firearms. Instead, we would like to have common sense gun control and regulation implemented.
We feel that implementing some of the following regulations will help to reduce the numbers of deaths that occur yearly from gun violence.
1) Have states implement a law requiting all gun owners to have liability insurance.
2) Implement a "License" for all law-abiding gun owners.
3) Implement and create a national database of registered gun owners
4) Limit purchases to no more then 3 guns per month.
5) Require stores and shops that sell ammunition/firearms to record the users' gun license, and maintain records of the transaction for 5 years (for auditing purposes).
6) Improve the mental health care system.
7) Introduce No new bans
