Enact a policy exactly like or resembles Amendment 64 for the recreational use of marijuana in the state of Alabama.

Created by B.A. on November 13, 2012

To allow the recreational use of marijuana in the state of alabama. The Criminal Justice system spends millions of dollars on investigating, forcefully arresting, and housing inmates arrested for marijuana, when in actual reality, marijuana could be legalized, taxed, and sold for a profit to reduce the states finacial issues. the United States government allows cigarettes, with added harmful chemicals, to be sold to the public, causing death and serious harm to the people of their nation, whereas the recreational use of marijuana has directly caused zero deaths. it is grown naturally from the ground, picked, and sold directly to the consumer. this legalization has an overwhelming possibility to take an abundance of crime of the streets and put money back into the economy.
