To enact a policy exactly like or resembling Amendment 64 for the recreational use of marijuana in the state of Nevada.

To allow for an amendment to be able to be passed exactly like or very similar to the one passed in both Colorado and Washington. It would allow for laws for the sale of marijuana for recreational use such as the ones in both Colorado and Washington.
