Marijuana prohibition in Texas has hurt us more than it has helped. By taxing and regulating marijuana we can gain economically, and by legalizing possesion of a small amount without a perscription will reduce the amount of non-violent people incarerated in our prisons, therefore saving a large amount of tax payers dollars required to feed and house them.
