Reinvest taxes collected from Marijuana sales to help with state programs such as jobs, education andhealth care for the citizens of NC. Regulate the sale of Marijuana like Tobacco and Alcohol. Regulate number of plants that can be freely grown at home without prosecution from State or Federal Orthorities. Decriminalize Marijuana to decrease the tax burdon on the state, jails and local officials. Decriminalize a plant/weed that is freely and abundantly grown in our state and country.
