Enact policy to require consent of a person before a corporation takes their picture or video i.e. facial recognition

Created by T.K. on May 19, 2013

Corporations can currently gather data on consumer's faces, appearance, and habits without their consent. This includes public places such as malls and stores. In order to align the United States' policy with similar policies in Europe, the government must enact policy to protect consumer's right to privacy and keep corporations from collecting facial data without the consent of the persons being observed.
