Enact a practical and required use of training and education with respect to firearms.

Mr President we have extreme and toxic opinions on both sides of the issue of gun control. I believe there are more than a few grains of truth in both arguments. Guns are and always will be part of our national tradition. It is sad that we really never can not stop the actions of a few lunatics in a free society. Our founders did believe strongly in the power of the people being well informed. A training and education regimen on gun law would go a long way. I shouldn't fear being shot for reaching into my pocket to grab a pen while in Florida, nor should I fear that my weapons and ammunition will be restricted or taken from me. We should not get caught in a fervor. I know beyond doubt we can create a more perfect structure for the firearm to exist in. We put men on the moon, we CAN do this
