1) Have the FBI review any case involving the death or hospitalization of a suspect due to the actions of Law Enforcement and contact the Department of Justice if necessary
2) The DoJ will conduct an additional review of local government and departmental policy and procedures, to ensure the investigation was conducted properly, and to take action against any party which hindered the investigation, either by malice or malpractice.
3) For the DoJ to perform random reviews of departments to ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures
4) Cut Federal funding to any department or city failing to comply with points 1-3
