Requiring all guns to be painted orange, stock to sight, makes all firearms visible and identifiable from a distance. This law will in no way restrict anyone's Second Amendment rights, nor will it interfere with hunters who already wear orange for the same reason.
Aside from visibility, it will also serve to remind gun owners that firearms are a tool, and should be treated with respect and held responsibly.
