Enact a requirement that all Americans must complete an online review of candidate viewpoints to have the right to vote.

The purpose of this petition is to encourage all voters to learn and educated themselves about each Presidential candidate that is on the ballot before they actually vote. Each election many Americans cast their votes without knowing any in depth knowledge about the candidates or the impact their viewpoints may have on the country. This requirement would at least improve the chances that a greater percentage of Americans would have knowledge and reasoning for why they are voting for a specific candidate.
