require professional gun training courses & mental health exam prior to applying for license to carry firearm,and prior to renewal of license
require a separate special permit to own & retain assault type weapons that require gun safety training and a mental health exam every 2 years
require that applicants for firearm permit be required to have name of a mental health provider on file prior to filing for permit to own firearms
make firearm license renewal every 3 years instead of 5 years
allow tax deduction for firearm safety courses and mental health exam for firearm ownership
if mental health professional determines that mental health has declined to the point of requiring any firearms in your possession should be removed ,value of firearm ( s ) should be tax deductible
