Enact rules for entities receiving subsidies to return the subsidy if they show profit greater than the subsidy.

Created by S.E. on November 14, 2012

Corporations receiving subsidies that show profit more than the subsidy received for the same period are unfairly being given funds they obviously do not need at taxpayer expense. Subsidies should be granted to help companies become profitable, not add to the profit.
