Enact safeguards to American Prosperity through electoral policy changes to congressional term limits.

Created by R.C. on December 31, 2012

To ensure that our government operates under the same requirements that any institution, company, or family household should operate under, a stipulation to congressional term limits should be enacted to guarantee a working budget with which to conduct business from. Barring that, then members of congress should have their employment to the people terminated with a restriction from rerunning for office for no less than 2 years as a penalty for failing to perform the duties entrusted to them by the people.

Operating under a stop gap budget does not create confidence in our economy or people. Not having a working budget is a clear threat to American prosperity and should be considered a priority of any and all congresses. If they are unable to enact one, they should be removed from office.
