Enact Secure Homeland Immigration Reform.

This petition proposes that our Nation immediately cease and desist all forms of legal and illegal immigration. All current immigrants who are not involved in higher education or gainful employment must be deported immediately. A 5 year waiting period will be instituted for all immigrant applicants and only 5000 applicants per year will be granted entry; 4000 Mexican nationals, and 1000 other applicants from around the world.. During the 5 year period, a thorough background check will be performed on all immigration applicants, during which if it is determined any radical or terrorist associations cannot be identified, they may then proceed to seek citizenship. A time limit will be placed on their path to citizenship and if they do not succeed with in the time limit, they will be deported.
