A statute requiring that all federal laws, with the exception of the constitution and its amendments, be automatically abolished after 15 years should be enacted. With this regulation in place, laws that are no longer relevant would expire without taking congress's time to repeal them. If a law is deemed to still be relevant, then the congress may vote to re-establish it for an additional 15 years. An additional perk of this law is that it would create a more manageable legal system by automatically removing antiquated laws.
