Enact a tax, on anyone who is now or ever was rich and/or a millionaire, of no less than 10% of their wealth, for each public utterance of their call to tax the rich in any form or manner.
If the likes of Barack Obama, Warren Buffet, Nancy Pelosi and others believe so strongly in governments ability to solve any problem if only the rich would pay more, let them be compelled to contribute materially to the programs for which they advocate.
