Enact term 2 term limits for members of congress and the U.S. senate

Just as the President of the United states is limited to a 2 term limit, so shall be members of congress and the United States senate. Elected officials may serve in both chambers for a maximum of 2 terms in each chamber. Acting members of congress and the United States senate will receive compensation, (pay, medical benefits, etc...) during the 2 term limit only. Any member of congress or the United States senate who is presently a member of either of those bodies who has served 2 terms or more are NOT eligible for re-election to the same body.
