To preserve and protect the Constitution of the Republic of the United States, to protect our borders and interests domestic and abroad, it has become necessary to admen the Constitution to limit the term of members of Congress and members of the House of Representatives to serve at no more than 6 years. Upon the next mid-term election, any member currently serving with over 6 years of service shall not be permitted to run for the position again.
