It has become increasing apparent that the majority of elected officials in all branches of our governing bodies have demonstrated an unwillingness and / or inability to perform their duties to PROTECT and SERVE it’s citizens.
To ensure that the elected officials do not become influenced by a system that has evolved to accommodate career politicians and special interest groups:
WE THE PEOPLE of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA hereby DEMAND the immediate implementation of TERM LIMITS to be imposed on all elected officials.
These TERM LIMITS should be in conjunction with the limits set forth for the President with a maximum allowable limit of two terms or, eight years of service without lifetime benefits.
