With a continued approval rating of less than one third; our congress- not the head of state, is failing the American people. We propose that the change promised by this administration, a new Washington, take place. Headed off a fiscal cliff never before experienced, a new congress with open minds should bring the change needed to save our nation. We propose to limit Representatives to 6 terms and Senators to 2 terms in office. If this is not deemed possible then appropriate a time and place for a Constitutional Convention.
