Congress is out of touch with the Americans it is supposed to lead. Part of this reason is due to a lack of reform and the ability for them to stay in office for too long. Please sign this petition to start the reform process and have them enact term limits (similar to the presidents). This will limit congress men's influence, corruption, and lack of action.
