Enact Term Limits For Members of Congress, the US Senate, and the US Supreme Court.

Created by N.N. on December 27, 2012

The lack of ANY progress towards solving the 'fiscal cliff' or any other relevant issues is hindered by lawmakers who refuse to work together and compromise. Government never changes because for the most part, it is always the same individuals in power.

There is simply no need for lawmakers and law enforcers to have no limitations to their stay in office.

Therefore, I feel it would be beneficial to the American people to enact a law stating that no US Senator may serve beyond 2 terms and no US Representative may serve beyond 4 terms. In addition, individuals appointed to the US Supreme Court should be limited to one term of 15 years.
