The country has long been controled by the elite few and have created a system that does not allow "the people" to have control any longer. Congressional seats are "the peoples" seats and do NOT belong to carrier politicians. Term limits were enacted on the presidency to prevent dictators, yet this is exactly what we are seeing in the congress. Allow the people to take back government as carrier politicians will never.
