Enact term limits for U.S House of Representatives and U.S. Senators.
Return Congress to part time voluntary positions to meet at predetermined times each year for legislation unless the President of the United States calls for emergency legislation.
Remove existing pay schedule and enact per diam only for time served in the Capitol Building in Washington, DC. while writing and debating legislation.
Withhold all per diam for failure to pass a budget for that year.
Remove all health and retirement benefits as federal employees.
Restrict eligibility for employment in the the lobbying community.
Restrict and limit all Congress staff and pages to non-payed, voluntary and current college interns.
