End "career politicians" and foster an environment for "serving" WE, THE PEOPLE. Current politicians are "SELF-SERVING". If a politicians is highly competent, he will be easily reelectable. This would further infuse "new blood" without intimidation and coersion on the part of "senior" politicians. Return government to the people. This nation is a republic of laws and not a democracy of the majority nor an autocracy by the "highly priviledged".
