Many Texans continue to be ignorant of the fact that Texas' economy flourishes because it is privileged to operate under the umbrella of the US Government's domestic and foreign policy. IF Texas was not part of the union, they would suffer greatly. Therefore, IF Texas is granted peaceful withdrawal from the US, a trade embargo on Texas should be enacted to remind Texans that they can be messed with, and that everything is only bigger in Texas because the rest of the country allows it.
