A>All firearms must be licensed and registered with the ATF.
B>All individuals of a household where a licensed firearm owner resides must undergo annual physiological evaluation to retain license.
C>Ammunition Manufacturer shall occur by licensed and registered companies with the ATF.
IMPLEMENTATION: An amnesty period shall be established to allow current gun owners to come into compliance or turn in their firearms under a ‘No Questions Asked’ buyback program
FUNDING
1>All firearm sales (including Gun Shows) will be subject to a 25% tax
2>All ammunition sales shall be taxed based on firearm type and caliber per round (.45 cal =$4.50)
ENFORCEMENT: Any person found in violation shall be prosecuted as an act of Domestic Terrorism as per US Patriot Act
