This petition is for the working US Citizens and Immigrants who are paying TAXES. We recognize that welfare is being heavily abused due to government credit cards, and cash hand outs. Since they cannot regulate this we demand a reform where no cash or cards are given by the government. Only basics such as food, clothes, daycare, and housing should be offered to those in absolute need. No permanent welfare for anybody able bodied. Time limits and restrictions need to be implemented. Laws need to be enforced with ANY welfare fraud. TAXPAYERS DESERVE GOVERNMENT FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY.
