Enact a Zero Tolerance Domestic Violence policy for all Federal Employees

Created by T.B. on September 12, 2014

16 female Senators recently sent a letter to NFL Commissioner Goodell with this statement:

"We are deeply concerned that the NFL's new policy, announced last month, would allow a player to commit a violent act against a woman and return after a short suspension. If you violently assault a woman, you shouldn't get a second chance to play football in the NFL."

Should not this policy apply equally to all Federal Employees as well? These Senators have the ability to submit a bill that would cause the immediate termination of any Federal employee convicted of domestic violence.

We request that the President of these United States petition congress to act on such a measure and if they refuse then an Executive Order should be issued without delay.
