Enact a zero-tolerance law prohibiting school bullying- w/varying punishment levels for offenders, and jail for repeats!

Created by R.B. on November 10, 2012

School bullying is a human rights issue! It's a very serious problem that's been ignored far too long in this country. It continues (obviously), due to a serious flaw in our education system. Our leaders in Washington have a moral obligation regarding this ever-growing, "horrible" problem that has seen lethal results. It will continue if major steps aren't taken to put an end to it! For both children & teen victims of bullying, and their parents, it's a helpless and hopeless situation, as they have nowhere to turn for help. New federal laws banning school bullying should be enacted, contain a zero-tolerance policy, with varying degrees of consequences for offenders.Tougher laws for repeat offenders should include permanent expulsion, and legal ramifications.
