We petition President Obama to encourage and promote the convening of a Constitutional Convention, per article V of the US Constitution. The sole purpose of of this Constitutional Convention will be to propose a 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution, limiting the tenure of Supreme Court Justices to one 20 year term.
