This idea, if adopted, will lead to a dramatic change in US population demographics. Our county has always been built and supported by the continued influx of immigrants. These adventurous people have often been hardworking and entrepreneurial. They will establish themselves and, in time, contribute to the tax revenue of this county. This will tip the tax revenue balance back toward being able to support important social programs like ‘Social Security’ and ‘Medicare/Medicaid’.
When ‘Social Security’ and ‘Medicare/Medicaid’ were created, there were many more working (tax paying) people available to support those using the programs than there are now. Adding one hundred million (100,000,000) young people to the county will create more taxpayers and save these important social programs.
