We need to encourage everyone to vote. Radio and TV should advertise using a key phrase such as THOSE WHO DON'T VOTE ARE A BIG PART OF THE PROBLEM IN OUR COUNTRY. Voting online as well as the encouragement of absentee ballot should be done. For those who are low income there should be a stipen supplied by the government of 5 or 10 dollars that could only be recieved with proof that you are low income and only at the polling site after you have voted. Many feel their vote doesn't count. If the majority of voting age individuals did vote it would make a very big difference.
