Now that the Affordable Care Act is law, Governors of GOP-led states such as Florida, Iowa, Wisconsin, Louisiana, Missouri and others that have refused to implement healthcare exchanges must begin to set up those exchanges so that millions of uninsured Americans can obtain health insurance and much needed healthcare.
