X-Men franchise steersman, Bryan Singer, and X-Men series producer, Lauren Shuler Donner, have casted Channing Tatum as Gambit in the next X-Men movie. Based on his prior acting experience, Tatum is incapable of portraying the swagger, Southern charm, and mysterious past of the character. Gambit is a smooth-talking rogue, not a dumb jock. Here are several other actors who would make a better Gambit than Tatum (in order):

We, the undersigned, would rather have no Gambit than Tatum-Gambit. Please encourage Singer and Shuler Donner to rethink their decision for Gambit's actor.
