Encorage a new philosophy on labor to help open up new positions for those seeking work by changing the approach. Sometimes companies find out later that a position a person was hired for maybe to challenging for some or to easy forothers. The idea is to create options to move people internaly to the right positions in a proactive way allowing people to maintain there efficiency by teaming them up with the right skill set while you give those those that are less skilled to be paired up to a position they are capable of performing. This gives people options if the opportunity exist. As a result you achieve more efficiency and a better organization, less stress on the workers, more available position and a more rational approach to labor in our complex economy and a more diverse world.
