Encourage Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) to include Libertarian Gary Johnson in the Presidential Debate.

Created by S.K. on September 26, 2012

The privately owned CPD, along with the Democratic and the Republican parties, are unfairly blocking any 3rd party from participating in the upcoming national presidential debates.

Johnson believes this is a violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act because the collusion limits competition and he has filed the federal anti-trust lawsuit in a U.S. district court in California, where Libertarian Vice-Presidential Candidate and Judge Jim Gray lives.

A pettion was started on Avaaz. Also, Rasmussen has been reporting 16% in the polls, meeting CPD requirements.

America believes you support fair elections and will take prompt action as the impending debate is October 3rd.
