Currently, governmental executive agencies, unlawfully collect virtual private information from citizens without warrants nor consent. This infringes on both lawful and unlawful citizens.
In response to technological advancement and heightened national security, our fourth amendment rights must be extended to our “virtual” property as well.
This would allow citizens to freely utilize technology without fear of retribution and force the government to limit their pursuits to relevant crimes and individuals.
We petition for the administration to encourage congress to take action that bars the government as well as any other third party from receiving, viewing, and/or tracking any citizen’s internet activities or phone usage without an issuance of a formal warrant or the subject’s consent.
