Marriage shall be defined as one unwed human person eighteen years of age or older, under free will, being wed to another human person eighteen years of age or older, under free will. Personhood shall be established at FETAL HEARTBEAT. Any voluntary action that ends that personhood shall be criminal action as defined by the state unless the physical life of the gestational carrier is in immediate danger and the fetal person is unable, with any and all available medical procedures and practices being utilized, to continue with personhood. Age shall begin at time of birth.
