Postal Service - promote HR 1351 and let us utilize the money that has been overpaid into FERS and CSRS to keep us in the "black".... there is NO other federal entity that has had to PREFUND health benefits for future retirees! We are "prefunded" up to 2075. This is ridiculous!!
