Encourage Congress to renew the United States's membership in the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE).

The United States was a member of the BIE until the early 2000's when Congress passes legislation that stopped the State department from paying the membership dues. Membership in the BIE would allow the U.S. to particpate in and host World's Fairs.
