Eliminate waste and support education through voluntary pay cuts for all Congressmen and their staff. School Districts have required teachers and staff to voluntarily accept pay cuts in order to save jobs and support education. Teachers were encouraged to take early retirement as well.
Contemplate the lack of results of an ineffective Congress and consider that their salaries ought to depend upon performance-based results. When more American people have jobs, Congress should be able to retain their current positions at the present pay scale. Until the jobless rate declines, a voluntary pay cut is in order.
Congress should tighten its belt in support of the family of America.
