encourage corporations to stimulate the economy by immediately spending some of their huge cash reserves.

Created by E.G. on October 26, 2011

The economy depends on spending, the more that is spent and the faster, the better the economy. Corporations, which constitute the wealthiest segment of society, should be encouraged through a time limited tax incentive to spend in the United States some of their huge cash reserve on infrastructure, personnel, inventory, etc. This would prime the economy and break the recession if enough companies participate.
