Upon vote by the Texas legislature, encourage and support the process of establishment of The Confederated Republic of Texas.
Upon vote of a state legislature for any state contiguous to Texas or any state contiguous to a state that has so voted, encourage and support the process of states in joining the Confederated Republic of Texas.
Establish conditions that makes the Confederated Republic of Texas demilitarized similar to the conditions imposed on Germany and Japan after World War II. Retain to the USA all weapons, equipment and military bases in these states.
Do not seek economic compensation for all the infrastructure the Federal government has paid for or supported.
