If we had a Lotto that was specifically for Student Loan pay back, people with student loans would be able to get out of that debt and use the money that they pay for student loan to put into a retirement plan or back into the economy. We do not need government money or state dollars. Use the money that people spent on lotto tickets to fund the lotto. Student loan should not exceed a million dollars, therefore it wouldn't take as much to pay off a loan. For example: If the lotto has a million dollars in the kitty, but the winner only owe a hundred thousand in loans, the rest stay in the kitty along with the next week donations. The State or Government can use a small percentage to pay off our national debt and use the rest to continue picking winners. It's a win win for everyone.
