If you're finished working out at the gym, and the clicker (aka remote control) is on your machine, then you should offer the clicker to others working out near you. That way nobody is stuck watching lousy TV against their will. This is a bipartisan issue, it could be used to help foster communication, bipartisanship, and teamwork in DC. Only very evil people would disagree with this platform.
