WHEREAS, The SCOTUS decision on same-sex marriage has removed all debate regarding the definition and rights of individuals to marry whom they wish,
WHEREAS, In the wake of tragic events across the US that have taken individuals lives predicated on hatred toward a protected "class" of people,
WHEREAS, Organizations that include, but are not limiited to: LGBT Pride, NAACP, Urban Leage CBC, Stormfront and others too numerous to list cause animus and promote one protected class' rights over another,
WHEREAS, America is a nation that was founded on the principle of all people being equal under constitutional law,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, Such organizations shall be dissolved in the interest of justice and equality to promote the American ideal of freedom and choice for all.
