Encourage a law to be passed by Congress for the Republican Party to be referred to as the "Knights of Ni"

Require that the Republican Party be from now on to be referred to as the "Knights of Ni". Also, to amend the Congressional record to change the word "NO" from any Republican congressman or Senator to the word "NI" in all records.
