Encourage the legalization of Marijuana.

If Marijuana were legalized, South American growers would not need neighborhood sellers in the USA because they would be able to have higher profits for themselves, similiar to eliminating a middleman. They would see the benefit of not providing seeds to North Americans because they would not want competition as with tobacco farming. Regulating Marijuana similiar to alcohol would help keep it out of the hands of children because adults would face potential jail time if caught giving/selling to a minor. There is also the possibility of lowered firearm related street violence related to neighborhood drug dealing.
