encourage legislation prohibiting law enforcement using lethal force in any situation unless first fired upon.

Created by T.G. on March 11, 2015

Our law enforcement officials far too often resort to the use of deadly force at the slightest provocation. Police officers should not have the authority to shoot anyone unless the officer has been fired upon.
